We have successfully handled a range of important cases that highlight our expertise in complex legal matters. Our team was entrusted as legal counsel for two members of the board of directors of a state-owned company in an alleged corruption case. We ensured the legal process was transparent while safeguarding our clients' rights. In addition, we resolved a business dispute between a textile company in Indonesia and its business partners, demonstrating our ability to navigate intricate commercial conflicts.
Our expertise also extends to corporate governance, as we were entrusted by a mining company in Sumatra to act as their inhouse counsel, overseeing policy decisions to ensure alignment with good corporate governance practices, legal compliance, and social responsibility. Beyond corporate matters, our team successfully conducted a judicial review at the Constitutional Court against Broadcasting regulations and handled a judicial review at the Supreme Court regarding a Regional Regulation on mineral and coal mining activities in Sumatra.
Furthermore, we take pride in our role as part of the Election Organizer advocacy team, where we apply our legal expertise to resolve election disputes in one of Maluku's regions. We have successfully handled numerous cases involving business agreement reviews, contract drafting, and high-stakes negotiations, including share holder agreements, debt settlement agreements, employment contracts, business arrangement agreements, and corporate restructuring. Beyond transactional work, we have represented clients in litigation concerning business disputes, provided strategic legal guidance on licensing matters, and addressed complex legal challenges faced by companies.
